Structural Components
Single-bend clamping plate: Generally made of Q345B high-strength steel plate, 2-4mm thick. One end of the clamping plate is bent, and the other end has several fixing holes for wrapping the four sides of the template and positioning it through these holes.
Wedges: Usually made of cast steel with a galvanized surface. They are inserted into the fixing holes of the clamping plate by hammering to achieve fastening and distribute the stress.
Limiting sleeves: Made of engineering plastic or galvanized steel, used to keep the clamping plate level and prevent it from shifting during reinforcement.
Specifications
Applicable range: Generally applicable to column diameters of 400-3000mm. Different sizes of square columns can be adapted by adjusting the hole positions or combining clamping plates.
Compressive strength: Under static load testing, compressive strength ≥300MPa.
Maximum load-bearing capacity: For a square column with a side length of 2000mm, the maximum load-bearing capacity can reach 800-1500kN.
Reusability: Under normal use and maintenance conditions, it can be reused ≥30 times.
